We need your information to perform basic functions such as sending you an email as part of our newsletter, contacting you if you win a competition, or improvements in  killen/killeen area. images/video or taken at all our events for use on social media platforms and our website. www.killen.community

We do not sell your information. We may transfer your information to a third party (for example, if you ask us to get you in contact with an organisation we partner with. Or If we or asked to support you with broadband upgrades, renewals etc in this case we will require you to opt in by either signing an agreement or sending us an email. We or required to take photographs to meet our chairty goals and allow the public to see the efforts we make as a community lead team.

If can help sort out a service such as broadband faults, upgrades, special deals etc. we will need to disclose your data to the relevant provider, will will not offer support unless express consent is provided. How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the reasons listed above - IE: For the purpose of events and contacting you in the case of winning as part of an event.

We may share your information with third party organisations with your explicit consent - for example if you request we put you in contact with an organisation we partner with. We do not share your information without your consent, and we will never sell your information.

 

Photographs

We may take photographs at events you attend - if you do not wish to be photographed please inform a member of the team. We will always verbally inform you how we intend to use your data. Signage will also be displayed.
If you find a photo on any of our outlets (Website/Social media etc.) that you want taken down, please contact us and we will action as soon as we can.

Your information is securely stored.
We keep your data on our social media site Killen Community Residents group indefinitely or until we are requested to remove the image, We will then dispose of your information by secure deletion or securely destroying documents/images. We hold records on email communication for 12 months.
